Shipping and Delivery FAQs
When will my products be dispatched?
Our standard processing time is 5 working days, meaning your products will be dispatched within this period. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to provide an update on the delay and discuss your preferred course of action.
How will my products be shipped?
The shipping method depends on the size, quantity, and your chosen shipping option. We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS, or DHL for deliveries.
All packaging is eco-friendly, with most parcels shipped plastic-free. The only exception is framed prints, which are wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to protect the glass.
Can I track my products during shipping?
Yes, tracking is available if you upgrade your service to Recorded or Courier. For UK deliveries, Royal Mail’s Recorded service provides tracking upon collection and delivery, while the Courier option offers more detailed tracking. For international orders, both Recorded and Courier provide comprehensive tracking.
Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email. Please allow 48 hours for USPS tracking, which can also be accessed on the order tracking page in your Inkthreadable account.
When will my products be delivered?
Delivery times depend on the courier service:
UK
- Royal Mail / Evri 24: 1 to 3 days
- Royal Mail / Evri 48: 2 to 5 days
- Courier: Next working day
Europe
- Royal Mail: 3 to 5 days
- Courier: Delivery time depends on the destination
Rest of the World
- Royal Mail: 7 to 10 days
- USPS (USA): 3 to 5 days
- Courier: 5 to 7 days
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
While it is rare, parcels can occasionally go missing. We cannot issue replacements until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for the EU and the rest of the world, as claims cannot be made with Royal Mail before this time. If an order does not arrive, we suggest checking with the local post office and confirming the address before contacting us. Any missing orders must be reported within 60 calendar days; otherwise, we cannot replace them free of charge.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship orders globally via Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each product is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. For returns due to customer preference, exchanges, or any other reason besides a product fault, you must handle these independently. Make sure to clearly detail your returns policy on your store, including the returns address.
If a product is returned to the sender due to delivery failure, we will notify you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs will apply.
What should I do if the product is faulty?
If a product is faulty, please email or contact us via live chat with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Note that faults reported after 28 days from dispatch are eligible for replacement only, not refunds.
